Hurricane Damage report:
Hurricane Helene caused about 4 ft flooding in the basement level, which includes bonus rec room, laundry room, second bathroom and garage. The walls were removed, tile removed from bathroom. Terrazzo floors in the other spaces remain durable and will just need to be resurfaced. Hurricane Milton caused wind driven water intrusion in the Master Bedroom and 1 Guest Bedroom. Both A/C Units are unoperational at current, will need new wiring and sub-panel, but were installed in March 2024 (upstairs) and 2021 (downstairs). Water heater also needs to be replaced.
