Driving directions : From West Bay Drive and Missouri, head west all the way to Gulf Blvd and take a right to head north to Sand Key. Landmark Tower One is on the beach side (left) at 1230. Stop at guard gate to provide names of all parties. Park in guest parking spot and/or #124. Enter under building through breezeway at center of parking lot. The elevator lobby is straight back. Enter lobby door then use call box to the right & dial the number listed on box to call guard gate for access to elevators. Take elevator to level 3 then make two lefts out of elevator to breezeway to unit 303 with storm door. Supra on front door with CBS. After showing, lock unit and replace keys in lockbox. Go to level 2 to see community mail room. Go to level 1 and exit through back side of elevator lobby to get to amenities and beach-walk around elevators to get back to parking!
